daa ESG Strategy 2021 – 2023
The publication of our Environmental, Social & Governance Strategy represents a significant and exciting milestone for our organisation, as we work to build back a more sustainable business in a post-Covid environment.
We have a strong track record of delivering initiatives right across our business, which have resulted in significant positive impacts for our environment, our people, our local communities, our passengers and our customers.
Our new ESG Strategy focuses on maintaining those initiatives but importantly, it also seeks to develop a new pathway forward which will push our business to deliver even more for those economies and societies in which we operate all around the world.
Our ESG Framework
Our ESG Strategy consists of four pillars which are underpinned by a strong governance structure. Each of our pillars are aligned to relevant UN Sustainable Development Goals and encompass a range of clear and tangible commitments which are reflective of our overarching business priorities.
Our progress against our commitments will be fully transparent, with reporting to take place at key intervals.

We recognise the importance of taking action to address and mitigate the environmental impacts of our businesses. As a result, daa has embedded Environmental Sustainability into its corporate strategy, identifying it as a critical enabler for future growth.
We have set some ambitious long-term goals, such as achieving net-zero carbon emissions for our operations by 2050 and we are already working towards their achievement. Our ESG Strategy has commitments under seven environmental sustainability themes, which will all act as critical stepping-stones on our journey to becoming a more sustainable business.
